Ingredients
- 1 kg Lebanese sausages
- 1 Sliced Red & Green capsicum
- 1 Sliced onion
- 2 Quartered tomatoes
- 2 Potatoes cut into wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt & cracked pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
Instructions
Tip: Semi cook potatoes first, airfry, bake or fry.

Combine these ingredients (except pomegranate molasses) into an oven dish, Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30min

uncovered, remove & drizzle with pomegranate then back into the oven for a further 30min or until everything is cooked.

Serve with fresh bread, salad & hummus
