Lebanese Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Lebanese sausages
  • 1 Sliced Red & Green capsicum
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • 2 Quartered tomatoes
  • 2 Potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Salt & cracked pepper
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses

Instructions

Tip: Semi cook potatoes first, airfry, bake or fry.
  1. Combine these ingredients (except pomegranate molasses) into an oven dish, Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30min
  2. uncovered, remove & drizzle with pomegranate then back into the oven for a further 30min or until everything is cooked.
  3. Serve with fresh bread, salad & hummus
