Ingredients
- 2kg Lamb Chump Chops
- 2 heaped tablespoons Zaatar
- 1 teaspoon Lebanese 7 spice
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- Salt & Cracked Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Whisk ingredients well, add to the lamb chops & marinate for 1hr.
- Place in a baking tray, cover tightly with foil & place in a preheated oven 150c for 2.5 hours turning half way.
- Remove foil in the last 30 minutes of cooking. Reserve sauce to drizzle over chops when serving.
- Serve with rice, salad, bread.
