Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken wingettes/drumettes
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
Instructions

Season your chicken with salt & pepper. Whisk the sauce ingredients in jug, pour half the sauce over the chicken & mix well.

Marinade for minimum 2 hours. Preheat oven to 200c. Line baking tray with baking paper & place a wire rack ontop, this ensures your chicken comes our crispy & doesn’t stick to the pan. Place chicken skin side down. Bake for 20 minutes then brush on some reserved sauce. Back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

Turn chicken wings & brush on some more sauce then back into the oven for 20 minutes. Remove & baste 1 more before finishing off in the oven for 10 minutes.
Total basting 3 times.
Total cook time: Approx 1 hr

Serve garnished with spring onions & crushed peanuts! Optional serve remaining sauce on the side.
