Ingredients
- 1kg bag of frozen chicken pops/bites of your choice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon veggie oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 crushed garlic
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 water combined with 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Method
- Airfry pops at 200c for 15 minutes. While that’s happening make the sauce.
- In a pan fry off the garlic in the vegetable oil/sesame oil for 30 seconds, add water to stop the garlic burning followed by the honey & soy sauce.
- Let it sizzle for a minute before thickening with the cornflour slurry. Taste, if you need it sweeter/salty add more honey/soy to your liking.
- Throw in the chicken pops and toss through. Garnish with spring onion & more sesame seeds!
- Serve with jasmine rice & greens.
