Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken mid wings
- 2 tablespoons capsicum paste
- 2 heaped tablespoons Portuguese seasoning hot one
- 3 big squirts of BBQ sauce
- 8 Habanero chillies or to taste
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Blend the chilli seeds and all, add them to a bowl with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Slice some slits in the mid wings, add them to the marinade & mix well, making sure to massage the marinade into the slits. Marinate for minimum 4 hours.

Preferred cooking on charcoal BBQ for the best outcome however can opt for oven if preferred.

Place wings skin side down in a large oven tray, roast in a pre heated 180 oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn wings & return to the oven for a further 30-40 min or until skin crispy & sauce has caramelised.
