Ingredients:
- 2 blocks chocolate of choice, approx. 180-200g each
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 280g bag marshmallows, if they're big cut them into smaller peices
- 1/2 cup desiccated or shredded coconut
- 1 bag raspberry lollies
Optional Additions - if adding these also melt another block of chocolate
- 1 cup roughly broken pretzels
- 10 roughly crushed plain biscuits or biscuit of choice
Method:
- Line your brownie tin with baking paper, letting it hang over all sides.
- Combine all fillings except chocolate in a bowl. Chop up the blocks & melt them in 30 seconds blitz stirring in-between until melted & smooth.
- Add this to the rest of the ingredients & give it a mix.
- Pour into lined tin & set aside to harden for a few hours. Cut into chunks & enjoy!
